MELAND Rules and Regulations
- General Admission
This park welcomes customers of all ages. Children under 10 years of age must be accompanied at all times by a parent or legal guardian aged 18 or above. Children aged 10 to 17 may enter unaccompanied after age verification using a valid ID card or passport, but must be dropped off and collected by a parent or an authorized adult who presents the child’s identification.
- Safety Requirement – Non-Slip Socks
For safety purposes, all parents and children are required to wear non-slip socks with grip soles throughout the visit. Customers may bring their own socks or purchase them at the front desk (THB 50 per pair).
- Ticket Validation, Wristbands, and Playtime
Each customer must present one valid ticket and wear one wristband for admission. Entry and re-entry require wearing the issued wristband at all times.
Playtime beyond the ticket’s designated duration will be deemed overtime and subject to an additional fee at the rate posted on-site. Please refer to the price list for the Entry and Exit Rules of corresponding tickets.
- Supervision Responsibilities
To ensure supervision safety, the accompanying parent or guardian cannot be changed midway after entering the store. If, due to special circumstances, a change of parent or guardian is necessary, both the original and new accompanying adults must go to the park’s front desk together to register.
Park staff do not provide one-on-one supervision. The accompanying persons (including but not limited to parents, nannies, grandparents, or any other adults) are responsible for supervising the child during the visit.
Accompanying persons must ensure that the child remains within their line of sight at all times, particularly if the child is not capable of playing independently.
- Personal Belongings
This park is a public and crowded environment. Please take care of your personal belongings at all times. The park shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal property.
- Prohibited Items and Conduct
As this park is a children’s play venue, pets are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the facility.
Please do not bring flammable, explosive, fragile, or hazardous items into the premises.
- Food and Beverages
To ensure safety and hygiene within the play area, food and beverages are not permitted, except for infant feeding or medical necessities. Customers with specific requirements should consult our staff before entry.
- Health and Entry Screening
All customers must complete temperature screening and hand sanitization before entry.
Children under 3 years of age must wear diapers. Entry will be denied to individuals with body temperatures exceeding 37.5°C or those with visible or known infectious conditions.
- Behavior and Safety
Please be considerate of others during your visit. Running, rough play, or disruptive behavior is prohibited to prevent injury and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.
