MELAND Membership Charter
Siam MELAND Company Limited (“MELAND”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to complying with the laws of Thailand and to providing safe, fair, and beneficial services to our members. This MELAND Membership Charter (“this Charter”) is issued to help you clearly understand our membership system, including the terms of membership, rights and obligations, and use of member services.
This Charter applies to all MELAND members and related individuals, including but not limited to:
- Users visiting our official website (https://MELAND.co.th);
- Individuals contacting us via in-person visits, email, telephone, social media, or other channels;
- Individuals booking tickets or using our services or activities;
- Individuals providing goods or services to us;
- Any person interacting with our business.
Acceptance of Terms
Before registering, please read this Charter carefully, including any terms that limit or exempt liability or impose obligations. By registering, using a MELAND account, downloading the application, or logging in, you agree to be bound by this Charter.
If you do not agree with any part of this Charter, you must refrain from registering or using the MELAND membership services.
If you are a minor or lack legal capacity, you must not register on your own. Your parent or legal guardian must read and consent to this Charter and assume full responsibility.
MELAND reserves the right to amend this Charter and related rules from time to time. Changes will be announced through this webpage or other official channels and will take effect upon publication. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must discontinue your membership use. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
- Overview of the MELAND Membership System
- Membership Registration
Users who register through MELAND’s website or official channels will receive MELAND membership status. Some products or services may require real-name membership for purchase or access.
- Membership Validity
Membership is valid for five (5) years. Members may renew upon expiration.

Definitions:
- Single-Entry Ticket: Valid for one-time use only on the day of purchase. Non-transferable.
- Discounted Package Ticket: Bundled ticket/services at reduced price.
- Package Ticket Extension: Extending expired packages (fees may apply).
- 30-Minute Free Overtime per Visit: Additional free play of 30 minutes per visit for members.
- Membership Card
- Each individual may register only one (1) membership card, physical or electronic.
- Individuals under 20 years must be registered by a parent or legal representative.
- Registration may require personal data such as email/mobile, age, gender, and real-name ID with a profile photo for offline verification.
- This card is for MELAND in-store and official channel use only and may not be used for any external, commercial, or unauthorized purpose.
- The membership card has no cash value and may not be partially or fully redeemed for cash.
- Membership benefits may not be combined with other offers, promotions, or discount programs unless expressly authorized by MELAND.
- If the membership card is damaged, deformed, altered, or tampered with in any way, it may be deemed invalid at MELAND’s discretion.
- Non-Transferability
The membership card is strictly for personal use and must not be lent, rented, gifted, sold or transferred to others without MELAND’s consent.
Any use by unauthorized persons may result in immediate cancellation of membership.
- Membership Verification
Members must present their card for entry, purchase, or service use. MELAND may verify ID and photo. If photos do not meet requirements, re-upload may be required.
Verification may be conducted using either the physical membership card or the member’s registered mobile number.
Improper or fraudulent use may result in suspension.
- Prohibited Conduct
Membership is for personal use only. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using another person’s identity or misrepresenting registration data
- Bulk purchasing, resale, or commercial misuse of benefits
- Manipulation of discounts, fraudulent orders, or unfair competition
- Card sharing, proxy purchases, or profit-seeking activities
- Malicious refund or compensation claims
- Any breach of this Charter or unlawful behavior
- Enforcement Measures
In the event of a breach, MELAND may, within legal limits:
- Reject registration, renewal, or upgrades
- Cancel orders or shipments
- Freeze or revoke benefits, coupons, or gifts
- Suspend or cancel membership without refund (where lawful)
- Require ID verification or legal action
- Account Ownership
Membership accounts remain the property of MELAND. Members have only usage rights, not ownership. Accounts may not be sold, leased, or assigned to third parties.

By registering, you agree MELAND may send service notices or promotional offers via app, email, or SMS. You may opt out through official contact channels. Please see MELAND’s Privacy Notice for details.

- Internet Service Disclaimer
MELAND does not guarantee uninterrupted online services. We are not liable for loss resulting from:
- Force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, war, terrorism);
- System failures, hacking, network outages, or maintenance; or
- Legal or governmental orders causing interruption.
- Loss of Membership Card
You are responsible for safeguarding your physical card. MELAND is not liable for losses prior to a reported loss. Upon notice and verification, the card will be deactivated and replacement procedures followed.

Please read MELAND’s Privacy Notice, which governs how your personal information is collected, used, stored, and protected.
- General Provisions
- Failure by MELAND to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.
- This Charter is governed exclusively by Thai law, without regard to conflict of laws. If any term is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain effective.
- This Charter is executed in Thailand. Any dispute shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, either party may file suit in the competent courts of Thailand.
